Meet our finalists:

Aimee & Michael

Mike caught my eye, probably because he was the tallest guy skateboarding that day at Clement Park. Of course I starting talking to Mike, since he was so shy. After I was done making fun of his t-shirt tan, and he was done making fun of my cut off sweats, he invited me to go get ice cream. We walked across the street and saw a movie after ice cream. Mike held my hand the entire movie, he was so sweet. I realized that maybe there is such a thing as love at first sight. He told me we only had a few months to hang out because he was leaving for boot camp. We saw each other every chance we could. It was the best summer, as we quickly got to know each other. Mike wrote me letters every week he was away. I surprised Mike by going to his Graduation in San Diego with his parents. Two months later we were engaged. We bought a house, got a dog, and started to planned our wedding. We just got married on the Marine Corps. Birthday: November 10, 2011. Our wedding was definitely the best day we have ever shared together. Mike has served our country for 6 years as is still enlisted as a Reservist. He is such a wonderful, caring person who is always helping others. So, PLEASE VOTE for us, so we can go on our honeymoon while we're still newly weds!

Shayna & Nate

Our meeting was a part chance, a part destiny, and a part strategy ;) I was at D.I.A. early in the morning to catch a 6 AM flight for a trip to visit my friends in Washington D.C. While going through security I happened to notice this gorgeous little sprightly young woman going through security as well as a few lines over from me. At that moment I didnt think much of it (because it was like 4 AM and I wasn't thinking much of anything) until she ended up standing in front of me on the same terminal train car.I thought to myself, wow she is even more beautiful upclose. At that point I made a bet with myself. I was going to terminal C which is the last stop on the train. The bet was that if she got off at terminal C I HAD to talk to her. A teminal came and went, B terminal came and she didnt budge, Oh Man, I HAVE to talk to her! My nerves built as we both exited the train. Now, I may have done a meandering walk about intended to position me directly behind her on the escalator. As we began our accent up the escalator I made my move..."Where ya heading?"....I know, kind of lame, but it was 4 AM.Turns out we were heading to the same place on the same flight. Sadly she was heading home for very sad family business. We spent the next 45 minutes talking and waiting for the flight together. Aboard the flight, Shayna sat about 6 rows in front of me. Through the entire flight I thought to myself, well "I blew it". I hadn't gotten her name or number yet, and she would deboard before me and be gone forever. We landed, I watched her fall in line and exit the plane, and I was left dissapointed. As I walked up the jet way, to my pleasant surprise, I saw her standing there waiting for me. We walked together towards my terminal to continue my trip to D.C. and her to baggage claim for her visit in Minneapolis. Eventually, I mustered up the courage to ask for her phone number so that we could go on a date when we both returned to Denver. To my chagrin, she obliged. Elated, we hugged and parted ways. Within minutes I had already texted her, and over the next week or so we exchanged countless more texts learning about one another and annoying the friends and family that we were both visiting. .....long story short we've been texting ever since. It is amazing how such small choices or such sad things can bring about such amazing things.

Meredith & Aris

Aris and I would make great candidates for this experience of a lifetime because we won’t be able to take a honeymoon otherwise. Budgets are tight, especially because I am following my heart to become a high school teacher and will start a costly masters certification program just before our wedding this summer. We both work multiple jobs so taking a few days for an exotic voyage where we could relax and celebrate our love and new life together would be a blessing! We've been together since 2008 but actually met in 2002 at a college house party -- we went on a few dates and then he totally blew me off! I was humiliated and embarrassed since we were in such a small college town and always crossed paths. But also, he'd borrowed my favorite book (would I ever get my tattered copy of 1984 back?). It took moving to the same city (separately) years later, running into each other EVERYWHERE, and happening to attend the same friend's going away party that brought us back on the same page. Though I was still not a fan of his (in fact, I called him my “frienemy”!), Aris had grown up, and had other ideas. He announced to the party that he'd be right back, and raced back into to room sweaty and out of breath 20 minutes later with my book in hand after having it for over 5 years! We didn't date until about a year later when he weaseled his way into an internship at my music promotion company (he's certainly persistent!), and have been learning and growing together ever since. He’s taught me how to forgive and how to take life a little less seriously. Family and friends marvel at how well we complement each other despite our differences: I’m a closet rocker who wears pant suits to work and is super organized. He’s a longhaired, metalhead drummer who always surprises people when they look past his denim “uniform” and get to know the compassionate and chivalrous gentleman inside. Now, two years after his surprise proposal, we've saved up enough to get married, but would love some help with the honeymoon -- with every day of Oregon rain I dream about how incredible it would be to earn this amazing gift, especially since he’s never before traveled internationally. And to honeymoon in such style?! I’m swooning already! Please help us win this incredible experience!

Anne + Adam

When Adam saw Anne’s profile on eHarmony, he thought she sounded too good to be true. She was looking for someone who was smart with a professional job, fun to be around, liked to travel, had a passport, enjoyed living in Denver, was close with their family, enjoyed weekend trips to the mountains, was somewhat handy and knew how to back a boat trailer. After all, she had a boat, but her backing skills weren’t very good and she didn’t own a vehicle with a hitch. Not only did Adam fit ALL of her criteria; he could back any trailer and had a truck to do it with! Anne accepted his request to communicate and subsequently met him for a date after work at a nearby bar. Keeping true to herself, Anne was fashionably late. Adam was smitten. She was good looking, a scientist, had a boat and and a mountain log cabin. Their love grew over numerous boating, camping, skiing and four wheeling trips. After dating for a little over a year, Adam surprised Anne by proposing on a bike ride while going to visit his grandmother. Anne was anticipating a proposal sometime within the next few months, but was completely caught off guard with his timing. He stopped to take a break and sat under a tree in Denver’s City Park. Anne was hesitant to sit with him in the wood chips, but obliged because he looked so cute. After his proposal, she took her bike gloves off her shaky hands to put the ring on. It was an awkwardly perfect surprise! They are excited to get married in Grand Lake, CO on July 14, 2012 and will be riding off into the sunset in a boat!
